Digital Product Delivery
At FlyRabbit AI, most of our products are digital AI agents that are delivered electronically. For these products:
- Delivery is instant and automatic after payment confirmation
- You will receive an email with download instructions and access credentials
- Products will also be available in your account dashboard for future downloads
- No physical shipping is required for digital products
Note: If you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder before contacting our support team.
Physical Product Shipping (When Applicable)
For any physical products or merchandise that may be offered on our platform:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
International Shipping
We currently ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location:
- Asia: 7-14 business days
- Europe: 10-18 business days
- North America: 10-18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 14-21 business days
- Rest of the World: 14-30 business days
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected shipping method.
Important: International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.
Order Processing
Our order processing timeline is as follows:
- Digital products: Immediate delivery after payment confirmation
- Physical products: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Pre-order or custom items: Processing times will be specified on the product page
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another notification when your order ships (for physical products) or is ready for download (for digital products).
Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain physical products
- Some products may not be available for international shipping due to licensing restrictions
- We reserve the right to cancel orders to countries with shipping restrictions
Order Tracking
For physical shipments, tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. You can also view tracking information by logging into your account and visiting the order history section.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, occasionally delays may occur due to:
- Customs processing for international shipments
- Adverse weather conditions
- Carrier delays beyond our control
- High volume periods (e.g., holiday seasons)
We will make every effort to communicate any known delays and provide updated delivery estimates when possible.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or damaged during transit:
- Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or process a claim
- Depending on the circumstances, we will either resend your order or issue a refund
