Since we sell digital products and licenses rather than physical goods, our return policy differs from traditional retail policies. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most of our AI agent licenses. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The AI agent doesn't function as described in the product description
  • You've made reasonable attempts to use the product as instructed
  • You've contacted our technical support for assistance with any issues

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind: Simply changing your mind about a purchase is not grounds for a refund.
  • Incompatibility issues: If the product requirements were clearly stated in the product description and your system doesn't meet those requirements.
  • Misuse: Damage caused by improper use, modification, or integration contrary to our guidelines.
  • Subscription renewals: Automatic subscription renewals after the first 30 days (you can cancel future renewals at any time).
  • Special promotions: Products marked as "non-refundable" or purchased during special promotions that explicitly exclude refunds.
  • Enterprise licenses: Custom enterprise licenses with negotiated terms may have different refund policies as specified in the contract.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the email address used for purchase, and a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
  3. Verification: Our support team will review your request and may ask for additional information or evidence of the issues you're experiencing.
  4. Decision: We'll process your request and notify you of our decision within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method when possible.
  • The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product, excluding any transaction fees that may have been charged by payment processors.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Upon refund, your license will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to the AI agent.

License Revocation

When a refund is issued, the associated license key will be revoked, and you must discontinue use of the AI agent. Continued use of a refunded product constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action.

Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based products:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
  • The first 30 days of a new subscription are covered by our money-back guarantee, subject to the same conditions as other products.
